Spanacopita – spinach and feta triangles in phyllo
Empanaditas – deliciously seasoned veggie burger half moons in my pastry
Veggie roulades – puff pastry rounds with veggies
Tapenade – on lavash thin strips w/ olive paste
Wild rice cups – ricotta tarts w/ wild rice, red pepper
Hummus – scratch(no cans) hummus w/pita pts.
Black bean dip – also scratch- with fresh salsa, avocado (seasonal) Tostitos, sour cream,
Baba ganouj – eggplant simmer w pita pts.
Carmelized onion/sour cream dip
Broccoli puffs – cheddar cheese, broccoli squares
Veggie or chicken k-bobs (curry or satay)occasionaly
Mushroom pillow – stroganoff in puff pastry squares
Carrots in a blanket – a favorite! Baby carrots
Fig, sage, gorgonzola pizza tri’s (seasonal)
Potato rounds – w/rosemary /boursin cheese, roasted salmon or red pepper strips
Sour dough rounds w/roasted tomato’s, Ricotta Salata and basil drizzle
Asparagus crepes w/fontina sauce
All kinds of cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts
And many more items. I usually will send a menu with 4 salty and two sweet.

this is a partial menu for appetizers or tapas. the liist is more extensive and there is a separate luncheon or brunch or dinner menu.
desserts only can be requested as well.
